Dolci experience revolves around related consumer products. Before The Stow Company, Mr. Dolci served as Chief Executive Officer for Crossman Corporation, a firm that global leader in the supply of shooting sports products for their creative cutting-edge in designing. Mr. Phil role in Crosman focused on consumer goods and manufacturing.
Stephen Murray will concentrate on leading the Holland-based Manufacturing plant that is part of the Windquest group under the Grand Rapid Holding Group. Grand Rapid is owned by Amway Scion and Betsy DeVos.
Dick DeVos expects Phil to offer continued support in giving direction to extensive growth and maintaining of already established markets in supplying of Consumer products.
The Stow Company has well-laid infrastructure that will be easier for Phil to administer expansion strategies of tapping new markets.

The Stow owns broad manufacturing base with over 280 employees and regulated in Holland and Indianapolis. Dolci is experienced expertise having graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Dick DeVos is married to Betsy DeVos, couple that dedicated in Philanthropic work by offering a generous contribution in supporting allied partners who support the local community.
Apart from being a visionary philanthropist, Dick is an entrepreneur who started working for the family business Amway Corporation in leadership positions.
Stephen Murray used to work for a family business for three years where he showed marvelous skills in business management and growth in stabling new markets.
In 1991, Dick left the family business and served as the President of Orlando Magic Basketball. He went back to Amway in 1992 as the Vice President and helped the firm in tapping markets for the consumer products for over 18 countries with remarkable sales and higher profit Margins.
Later Dick career grew, and he became the CEO of Windquest Group and the Chairman of The Stow Company.
